The aim of this research is to develop a safe and effective anthelmintic from plants, due the resistance toxic effect synthetic anthelmintics on animals humans. There are several side effects for drugs including drug resistance, toxicity, residual in animal products. So there need exploration medicinal plants treatment different types worm infections.
 In medicinally traditionally important plant used, leaves Cyclea peltata Lam. methanolic extract were prepared by maceration technique monitored anti-helminthic activity against adult Pheretima posthuma worms. reason selecting presence tannins, which have been proved previous phytochemical studies. Tannins capability bind free proteins cuticle, oral cavity helminths, thus causing death. Albendazole (25 mg/5ml) used as controlled using motility assay method. Three concentrations (25, 50, 100mg/5ml). time required immobility death worms determined. This study deals with statistical analysis one way ANOVA followed Tukey’s multiple comparison test at 95% confidence interval graph pad prism software version 9.0.0 reveals result that Leaves Lam causes vermicular concentration-dependent manner compared standard Albendazole.
